Bat Ring (バットンリング Batton Ringu?), spelled "Batring" in-game, is a bat enemy from Mega Man Zero 3. It is a blue bat-like robot with red eyes and ring segments that work like wings. In its hanging bat position it clings to the roof until Zero is in close proximity. When triggered, it will fall onto Zero and slide on the floor until it hits a wall, at which point it will open and fly over to harm him. When it is in its closed form, it will not receive any damage, except for a punch with the charged Recoil Rod, which will destroy it. It appears in the first stage (Derelict Spacecraft) and a few after that.
