The Choice Leadership Election 3921 was held following the resignation of Edward Sanders as leader in September 3921, however he stayed on as leader until the election was held. The election was won by Nick O'Malley, who became the first black Choice leader and the first black leader of a major political party in Luthori. He also went on to become the first black head of government. Doug Burham was a close second with Damon Murphy barely getting over only 1,000 votes, with most of them coming from family and friends. The election was held using a simple plurality voting system.
