  • The Frost Giant is a myth unit available to the Norse if Skadi is worshiped at the Heroic Age, or Hel is worshiped in the Mythic Age.
  • The Frost giant is a powerful foe, and a more powerful cousin of the Ice giant. It is combat level 86, and has 6200 lifepoints. It is located in the Asgarnian Ice Caves, in a recent addition. The frost giant has 2 attacks. One is its melee attack. It also has a ranged attack. It will hurl pieces of rock at you. Its max from melee is 296, but its ranged attack can hit up to 345. It is a very powerful opponent, and 43 Prayer is heavily recommended.
  • Frost Colossus, Frost Titan, Frost Samsonian, Frost Herculean, Frost Goliath
  • The frost giant is an ice unique unit in Stronghold Legends.
  • A number of them lived in caverns in the Mountain of Doom on the Forest Moon of Endor. They were ruled by a king, who captured Teebo and Wicket. They were terrified of the fire-breathing dragon-birds of Endor. When the two Ewoks helped them kill a dragon-bird that was harassing their mountain, the Giants helped the Ewoks locate a fire plant, a species unique to the mountain.

  • Frost giants, called isejotunen in their own language, are large giants that live in caverns or castles in cold, mountainous environments.
  • Frost giant is a type of monster in ADOM. They are strong monsters that can attack from afar with rocks, and can smash doors. They often drop the slings they use when killed. Like most creatures of ice they are immune to cold attacks, but highly vulnerable to fire — something certainly worth bearing in mind for physically weak spellcasters trying to survive against them. Frost giants regularly appear in the Frost Giant Jarl Caves, with a quite large group of them guaranteed to appear in the lesser vault on the last level of the cave.
  • Perhaps even more cold and cruel than their male counterparts, female frost giants similarly make their homes in the frozen wastes, leaving their icy strongholds only to raid and plunder. Their pale skin is the bluish-white hue of glacier ice.
  • A Frost Giant (Icelandic: jötunn, pl. jötnar) is a member of a race of giant nature spirits with superhuman strength, the enemies of the Æsir and Vanir, two groups of Asgardian gods.
  • Eating a Frost giant corpse is a source of cold resistance, but they are usually ignored in this respect in preference of cold-resistant monsters that appear earlier in the game (such as blue jellies and winter wolf cubs). You also get +1 to your strength when you eat a giant corpse. This page is a . You could probably [ expand this page] should you wish to do so.
  • Frost Giants are misleadingly strong monsters found at the Grand Mountain Summit, hassling players on their way to and returning from fighting the Yeti at the Frozen Cavern. At a first glance, the Frost Giant's low health makes its equipment, an Orc Double Axe and Half-Plate, seem less intimidating. However, players should be cautious of their Health when facing them, as even the weakest Frost Giants are capable of dealing 10 extra damage from their Strength.
  • The Frost Giant were born from the Ymir (making them nephews of the Gods). They went to the realm of Jotunheim (which they turned into a frozen wasteland). Due to this; they are usually called Jotunns. There they became a terribly powerful civilazation built on warfare, under the rule of their powerful king, Utgard Loki. But it wasn't long before the beggining of "Dwarf and Giant War II". The Dwarves had bribed the Gods into helping them. The Frost Giants didn't last long against the combined strength of Gods and Dwarves, and were soon forced to flee back to Jotunheim.
  • The frost giants (sometimes referred as ice giants) are a clasification of mountain giants found in cold and snowy regions, they take on a crystalline blue hue to their skin, their bodies packed with white snow. Attacks from frost giants are usually vicious and well-coordinated, although a frost giant avoids a fight in which it suspects it might be overmatched. If it has an advantage at range, it stays back, pummeling its opponents with rocks. If melee combat serves it better, it attempts to sunder its opponent’s weapons, leaving them helpless.
  • Triple-Ouch Giant in a Quadruple.. oh, wait, no... here come the Gooeys! Quintuple! Aah! Ice Dungeon. Don't forget the Dragons (D(D(D))), plural, are the fastest-and-strongest, too. At least the Gapers and Ice Dracos ("ice cos") for Dracos are - oh, never mind. Blue to Tracking if they surface. Drops up to 2K gold, at times a Frost Axe, handy for the Volcano or against Lava creatures in the.. Lava Dungeon! Other side of Oberin, requires its own Portal and double-crystals just to get in-and-out. But you can save that return ticket, half the time ;)
