A dungeon that is created specifically and solely for a player or group of players. For each group of players that enters the dungeon, there will be that many copies in existance. No one else may enter your "instance" of the dungeon, so it will only be your group in the dungeon. This allows for easier linear progression of a story line, and removes the kill stealing problem that players may experience at other dungeons. The Myyydril Caverns and Corellian Corvette (space) are examples of instanced dungeons in the game now.
