The comprehensive standard software package scopeArchiv covers the whole work process from accession to usage. scopeArchiv supports the archival standards ISAD(G), ISAAR(CPF), ISDIAH, ISDF, EAD, METS, PREMIS and has been implemented with the OAIS reference model in mind. scopeArchiv ist eine modular aufgebaute und frei konfigurierbare Software. Sie deckt von der archivischen Erschließung bis zur Ausleihe durch Benutzende im Internet mittels des Moduls scopeQuery alle Arbeitsbereiche in einem Archiv ab. scopeArchiv unterstützt die OAIS-konforme und ISO 20652-basierte Archivierung und ermöglicht die Verwaltung jeglicher Art von Datenträgern. Die Anwendung ist in den Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch erhältlich. Die Standardlösung scopeArchiv befolgt die Archivstandards ISAD(G), ISAAR(CPF), ISDIAH, ISDF, die Metadatenstandards EAD (Export), METS, PREMIS und berücksichtigt das OAIS-Konzept. Das Modul scopeIngest ermöglicht eine Anbindung gemäß OAIS an beliebige Archival-Storage-Produkte und funktioniert als Schnittstelle zwischen der Verzeichnungseinheit zu den gängigsten Repositories wie Fedora Repository, DIAS (Dynamic Inventory Analysis System), DigiTool u.a. for public and private archives. scopeArchiv is modular. It supports typical work processes, beginning with the pre-archive, transfer and processing of records, description and storage through to charge-out or research and ordering of archived material via the Internet or Intranet. scopeArchiv adapts to the specific structures of existing archives, while complying with international standards. scopeArchiv is available as a hosted solution in our computer center with a predefined set of modules. As scopeArchiv covers also the digital long-term archiving. For this, we provide the additional product suite scopeOAIS that allows the OAIS conform and ISO 20652 based transfer of digital data to the archive. scopeIngest allows to take over digital data from the producer and store it in a repository defined by you. Digital records do not have to be stored in their physical form anymore The archive chooses its preferred repository (independant from scopeArchiv) Employees which already know scopeArchiv do not have to learn a new software when using scopeOAIS The module scopeIngest enables an archive to transfer its digital data according its own needs
