| - ===Origins===
Jacob is originally from London, England, born to a wealthy family in the upper parts of the city. Here he had some of the best education money could buy and his life was pretty much easy going for the most part, though he was anything but one of those spoiled rich kids like many people would typically expect. Actually during his younger years Jacob was encouraged by his parents to do many things, despite their often chaotic life style and not really getting to spend much time together and often chose to find something he could do for a hobby. This turned out to be mixed martial arts, something he found would prove useful in some aspects of his life.
For the first ten years of Jacob's life it was a relatively normal one, he easily made friends regardless if they were wealthy class, middle class, or lower class, excelled in school, and showed to also be excelling in his mixed martial arts. But before long Jacob's life would soon began a gradual change into what has made him the man he is today, all starting with minor back pains when he was ten. At first they were nothing, mostly a nuisance like those of mosquito bites before over the next three years the pain began to worsen month after month. Throughout these years Jacob was seen by little over ten different specialists and doctors, getting tests and x-rays done throughout the years.
Though many blood tests and fluid tests were taken nothing abnormal showed up, but when it came to his x-rays that was a different story. It began first finding out that his bones were hollow like a bird's skeleton and it was to realization that though he looked the size and age of a boy his age he was actually much lighter then normal. And over time his back x-rays began to reveal extra bones growing, almost four extra appendages conjoined to one area in his upper back and it was suspected these growths were what was causing the pain. But each time the doctors suggested taking them out Jacob always refused or found it too painful for them to touch the area. Eventually all hopes of surgery became zero and Jacob's parents could only watch as he made his changes, even noticing how his eyes had changed shape to become more bird-like as well which frightened them more.
Finally, four years later Jacob's pain became so great he was screaming in constant agony for two days to the point he couldn't scream anymore and at last those four dark brown to black 10-foot wings burst from his back. Unfortunately he ended up passing out in the process from the loss of blood and amount of pain he was in. From then on things began to go tense and sour within the Williams' home. And the young man soon discovered why his parents had been so frightened, the fact he had become a mutant is what was wrong. His parents were religious people, little too religious for Jacob's tastes and he almost expected them to change their minds about him seeming as he thought himself of maybe being an angel rather then a mutant at the time. But after two more years went by his mother eventually avoided him and his father became cold and shunned his mutant son.
At sixteen Jacob confronted them about it, but instead of listening they disowned their son saying he was no angel but a monstrosity, a creation of the devil. Deeply hurt by this Jacob left, taking what he could and set out to try and have a new home but he soon discovered that many of his friends were also no different from his parents, just not with the religious aspect. They just hated mutants while maybe a handful were able to help him get enough money to find his own place in town and work to carve his own life.
New Life
At some point following a year of living alone Jacob came across news ads and televised news clips of something worth while, which was Cyclops' Mutant Revolution campaign. Believing this to be the sign he needed, Jacob packed up his things and took the first flight to Canda that was available. This one trip was all he needed as he flew the rest, approaching the New Charles Xavier school after having a conversation via phone ahead of time.
For once, Jacob found himself welcomed with open arms by fellow mutants and continued his education there. Though, this was only a few months before he was put under Eva Bell to be another generation of X-men, but not without a darker group approaching him and his team to become a secondary team under them.
Personality
When one first meets Jacob he is noticeably an out-going and kind hearted person from the start, one you might least expect to truly have a mean bone in his body. He is always willing to be social and talkative with strangers, regardless of their origin or background and this often shows is far too trusting side. A side that could very well be exploited by people if he doesn't catch on right away. Then again Jacob doesn't believe anyone is truly evil, though he still tends to be very watchful of people he meets. It is just a habit he took up shortly after his mutation began to gradually come in.
But on the flip side Jacob is a very stubborn, hard headed man that doesn't back down depending on the situation. Quite frankly he will do a complete 180 when it comes to a fight, challenge, or those he cares for are in danger to which he lives up to his codename of "War Eagle", showing a much more fierce, protective side that you wouldn't expect from a man such as him. What's more Jacob is hard to deter from choices he makes and certainly will fight for what he believes in, example being of mutant rights.

| - *Since he was young Jacob took up martial arts and eventually has gotten to the level of a black belt. When he joined the New Charles Xavier School he has further refined his skills and became an excellent hand-to-hand combatant.
*Jacob has also began learning to become an aerial acrobat, using this skill to become a decent aerial fighter.
*Jacob has shown to have exceptional intelligence, having done well academically and has began teaching himself how to work with technology and engineering.
