I have no clue what to even make of this match. You'd think Ammy would blow the doors off of such fodder trash, but apparently Tom Nook has a cult following or something. Then you realize Ammy was stuck with a total anchor, and we saw all contest what that does to contest strength. Tom/Redd's joke rally was at least better than Dan/Sagat's, I guess? Forget ambien and melatonin, this contest having 24 hour matches was enough of a sleeping pill for anyone. Worth noting here is this day match scoring less votes than the night match proceeding, so the LAW (Link Always Wins) holds true yet again!

Not that it matters at ALL thanks to Amaterasu getting fed to Link in round 2. Bad matches plus bad bracket making makes it really, really hard to care about like 90% of what happened in this bracket. There was some hype early, but the more matches we saw the more we realized this contest was going to really, really suck. And this was with the first round having 12 hour matches. Forget ambien and melatonin, this contest having 24 hour matches was enough of a sleeping pill for anyone. Worth noting here is this day match scoring less votes than the night match proceeding, so the LAW (Link Always Wins) holds true yet again!
