  • One of the most successful Nod commanders during the First Tiberium War, this man was alleged to have actually rose through the ranks of Nod's officer corps to Kane's second-in-command. Most of the details about him have been shrouded in secrecy, and his name, place of origin, and fate remain unknown. During the First Tiberium War, he received missions from Seth, Kane's second-in-command at the time. The commander was originally assigned simple tasks, such as the elimination of Nikoomba, but his tactical genius began to be noticed more and more. Seth began to openly resent the commander, and eventually, gave the commander what would have been a suicide mission; to assault GDI's military leadership, assembled in the Pentagon. It was likely Seth planned on eliminating the commander as a rival through this task, then staging a coup within Nod, however, his plans did not come to fruition, as Kane personally interrupted the briefing by shooting Seth point blank in the head and promoting the Commander to fill the gap he just made. This first meeting between Kane and the Commander was soon followed by others, Kane personally giving important tasks to the Commander. When it was time to build the Temple of Nod in Sarajevo, the Commander was the one tasked with keeping the site secure until the Temple's completion. Following Nod's defeat, the Commander eventually disappeared. There were reports that he had participated in the early Nod factional strife from a base in South Africa, however, there is no concrete evidence as to what his actions (if any) were after 2002.
