- Brink (stylised as BRINK) is a first-person shooter video game developed by Splash Damage for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It was released in North America on May 10, 2011, and will be in Australia on May 12, and in the European Union on May 13. In Brink, two factions, Resistance and Security, battle in a once-utopian city called The Ark, a floating city above the waters of a flooded Earth. Brink has Steamworks integration, including Valve Anti-Cheat. It runs on id Tech 4 and has an updated rendering framework with improved support for multiple CPU cores.

- Commander Brink was a Starfleet officer in the 24th century. In the 2360s, he served as the first officer of the USS Brattain until his death in 2367. When the Brattain was trapped in a Tyken's Rift in 2367, he was unable to dream like the rest of the crew. The ship's engines had also become inoperative. Madness spread, and Captain Zaheva suspected Brink and several other crewmen were plotting against her, sabotaging the engines. In the end, all of the crew save one perished through homicide or suicide. (TNG: "Night Terrors" ) This character was only mentioned in dialogue.

- There are but a few settlements along the Brink, such as Aeropa and Far Drop, and some notable locations beyond the Brink such as the abandoned research rig and Sector Zero. Locations prior to but approaching the Brink frontier also show some signs of incompleteness, such as near the old Aeropan barracks. Points beyond the Brink are considered dangerous and unstable, remaining mostly uncharted, abandoned, or rarely visited.

While the Brattain was disabled, the crew began to suffer severe REM sleep deprivation. The lack of sleep caused insanity in Brink and all the other people on the Brattain, including both Brink and Zaheva. Captain Zaheva recorded in a log entry that Brink and his people had sabotaged the engines on the Brattain. - Pilot Brink was the female pilot of the ORCA Command 3A, the Kodiak, also responsible for aiding Chandra in operating the craft, relaying orders and tactical information. During the Second Tiberium War, Brink worked as a specialist and a lead staff for the Command Ship of Commander McNeil. She participated in a number of evacuation operations and survived two major attacks on the Kodiak the first an attack by unidentified prototypes, Banshees, and the second a sinister strike ordered by Kane.

Along with King Varian Wrynn and several other members of SI:7 he participated in a mission to liberate the city of Ironforge from Moira Thaurissan's "hostile takeover/legitimate claim to the throne".
