Mal-Kenobi fell in love at a young age to the Supreme Chancellor’s daughter, Casey O'Rourke, but, unlike how Anakin fell in love with Padme, Mal-Kenobi did not fall to the dark side. Luke Skywalker discovered about Mal-Kenobi after his trip to Kamino 2 years after the destruction of the 2nd Death Star. He found out that his father Darth Vader, had cloned an exact dna replica of himself after he successfully cloned Galen Marek. Luke decided that it would be best if Vader’s clone lived with him and be raised as his own son. During his training, Mal-Kenobi had been assigned to Jedi Master Kyle Katarn, who trained him until Mal-Kenobi took the Jedi Trials. After he passed the trials, Mal-Kenobi attended his Knighting Ceremony and became a Jedi Knight.
