Synopsis

  • The Rocket Raiders, a gang of criminals who use rocket power in their thefts and escapes, beset Star City and defy Green Arrow and Speedy to capture them. Armed with weapons that shoot rocket projectiles, the Raiders seem more than a match for the heroic pair. But Green Arrow devises some “two-stage rocket arrows” that first blow up the rocket weapons, then expand into boxing glove arrows that kayo the crooks.
