Robert V. Maraist (28 February 1893 – 18 February 1961) was a Brigadier general in the United States Army, the last commander of the 69th Infantry Division during World War II, who assumed command from Emil F. Reinhardt in August 1945. Maraist earned two Silver Stars while assigned to 1st Armored Division in 1943; he also earned two Legion of Merits and two Bronze Star Medals. After the war, he became Director of New Orleans Civil Defense.
