Samuel Lotherberg was born the 9th November 3153 in Cabo San Feras in Dranland as the only child of Joel and Liane Lothergerg. He studied law at Iglesia Mayor National University, after graduation he went abroad, to Hulstria, where he worked in the law company. Samuel returned in 3179 when he was approached by his Jonathan de Leuer (friend of Samuel´s family) and he began work on establishing a new political party - Royal Democratic Party. Samuel is married with Liu Chen (Hulstrian citizen). He met her in Hustria. They have three children together.
