Bo: The IC situation will always dictate things, but I don't feel like large armies should really fit in most indoor areas. 10-20 NPCs following a PC into a cantina, office, or other smallish room would create quite a stir. Bo: Just as ships are unable to bring their full firepower to bear as they are fleeing, PCs that are running away from an attacker are unable to effectively attack. If I judged such a scene, I would likely recommend that the player, if they want to RP shooting over their shoulder or off balance or something, that is fine, but they must use +limit on their attack for that round.
