The Reichsminister für Propaganda und Volksaufklärung ("Reichsminister for Propaganda and Public Enlightenment", VM) is a member of the Deutsches Herrenhaus, and is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and developing the German culture. The Minister of Propaganda is responsible for administering the development and efficient distribution of all materials that pertain to the positive image of the Empire. The Minister of Propaganda serves at the leisure of the Kaiser, and may not resign without the approval of the Kaiser.
