In terms of cultivating alliance pacts, Basketball Ninjas is willing to enter into arrangements with alliances it knows well and can trust in even the most grim of circumstances. Swaying toward the neutral side of foreign policy does not prevent Basketball Ninjas from collaborating with other alliances and fighting alongside them in the event of a war. What it means is that Basketball Ninjas is dedicated to its set of core principles and that in the event that it seeks an ally, will seek one based on that alliance's embrace of those principles. The principles are few but important. Basketball Ninjas takes a tough and unmoving stance on tech raiding, unprovoked gang war, and other such practices: it does not tolerate them. No member of Basketball Ninjas may ever participate, and Basketball Ninjas considers itself wary of those alliances that advocate them highly. Furthermore, Basketball Ninjas does not endorse unwarranted punishment of defeated nations, diplomatic deception, or any other action that violates the common consciousness of accepted morality and etiquette. While Basketball Ninjas is a military alliance, it is a primarily defensive military alliance and does not seek groundless open conflict. Lastly, Basketball Ninjas believes that the Green sphere is a fine place populated by many worthy alliances and the trading partners that come with them.
