Henry Burslem (1790 - 11 June 1866) was a civil servant, magistrate and local politician active in the Paddington area. Born in Hanbury, Worcestershire, he was the son of Rector of the parish, William Burslem. He received a post in the Paymaster General's Department and moved to Kensington Garden Terrace, Paddington. By 1851 he was retired and he became a magistrate for Middlesex and a prison visitor.
