After the Bloon, after even the MOAB...comes the Floating Fortress. They are genneraly slower then a MOAB, but can move faster if you want them too. They take THOUSANDS of hits to pop and usually turn into 6 weaker Fortresses and a bunch of other bloons/blimps. almost ALL of them have skills AND immunities, and they move slower the more you hit them, or faster the more you hit them, depends what the creator wants. Sometimes, they are SO big, that they TURN INTO the track when they enter the screen, and they use their skills and send mini bloons while you have to destroy some "Buildings".
