Sie ist eine modifizierte Version der XM16E1 mit verkürztem Lauf, bei der der Gewehrkolben entfernt wurde. Das Magazin der Waffe hat die Form eines Unendlichkeits-Zeichens und dies ist auch gleichzeitig die Anzahl der verbleibenden Schüsse - unendlich. Der Rückstoß ist trotz der geringen Größe und des geringeren Gewichts der eines Sturmgewehrs, was nochmal deutlich macht, wie herausragend die Schießkünste von The Boss sind, da sie die Waffe nur mit einer Hand hält.
