Death City is a story about Drew Crawford a highschool student,his girlfriend Alex their schoolmates,Wynona,Carlos,Lili,and Joseph,luke their gym teacher,an Assasin named Rouge,and a team of elite soldiers called "Team Orion" consisting of Rex,Anya,Alyssa,and Maverick,and a nurse named Jillian as they escape the city of Chronos that was infested by creatures created by the Covenant inc. as Bio Weapons.

Founded by Death after planting his body and soul here to prevent the escape of the Kishin Asura, it is the location of the Death Weapon Meister Academy and the headquarters for the DWMA.

Death City ist eine dunkle und düstere Stadt mit einer Menge von identisch aussehenden Gebäuden mit roten Dächern mitten in der Wüste von Nevada. Die Gabäube ähneln denen aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Trotz dieses Aussehens ist Death City eine sehr lebhafte Stadt mit einer reichen Atmosphäre und Kultur. Die gepflasterten Straßen sind sehr lang und kurvenreich und wirken wie ein Labyrinth mit vielen Stufen, Abzweigungen und Wendungen. Die Maske von Death befindet sich über den Gebäuden. Auf der Spitze von Death City befindet sich das Schulgebäude der Shibusen. Es gibt nur einen Ausweg aus der Stadt, einen langen Highway. Komischerweise besitzen der Mond und die Sonne über Death City ein Gesicht und können auch gegebenenfalls sprechen. Die Seele von Shinigami umhüllt sich um die ganze Stadt. Alles in einem eine sehr schräge Stadt und die meisten Protagonisten leben hier. In Death City befinden sich eine Vielzahl von Läden, unter anderem einen Cabaret Club und ein Café. Die meisten Geschäfte besitzen "Death" im Namen. Die Stadt wurde nach Asuras Befreiung zum Teil verwüstet, wurde aber wieder aufgebaut.
