Foghorn Leghorn enters a restaurant commenting on how good the food smells only to have his head cut off by Colonel Sanders in "Back to the Woods". Peter dresses as Colonel Sanders in "Come On Home" when he and the guys try to convince Quagmire not to stay in Korea in "Candy Quahog Marshmallow!".

He later appears in the third boss level, Colonel Sanders' Hot Sauce Reactor, where he sends out Bowser to fight. His next appearance is in the fifth boss level, Colonel Sanders' Chicken Plant, where he fights Ronald personally. His last appearance is in the final boss level, The King's Restaurant Reactor, where he appears as a mini-boss alongside Waluigi and Bowser. He appears to be killed when the Restaurant Reactor explodes.
- Colonel Harland David Sanders (September 9, 1890 – December 16, 1980) was an American entrepreneur who founded KFC. Sanders, along with Buddha, was seen in Heaven with God. He threw pieces of popcorn chicken into God's mouth. He is famous for knowing The Answer. He later appears in Marge's dream.
- Colonel Harland David Sanders was a colonel in the UnAmerican army and the head of the Kentucky Fried Chicken regiment. He is currently considered to be the most UGLY successful man to ever start a fast food restaurant that doubled as a military regiment. He is also a war hero of the Burger War, despite having nothing to do with it.
- Colonel Sanders is the creator and owner of the Kentucky Fried Chicken fast food franchise. He appears in the episode "Medicinal Fried Chicken", although his fast food restaurants are mentioned in three previous episodes.
