He is a Mage Knight who is ordered to reinforce Thracia to fight Seliph's army under the orders of Emperor Arvis. It is said that his father was killed by a Silessean knight in the Liberation Army, leading him to seek revenge. He arrives in northwestern Thracia mocking the land, and after engaging Seliph's army, will be slain in battle. Due to having minor Forseti blood and his history, Musar is assumed to have originated from Silesse.

Musar (translated Muscar in some fan translations) is a Mage Knight who was ordered to reinforce Thracia to fight Celice's army under the orders of Emperor Alvis. He is said to have been a son of someone that died due to someone in your army, but either way, Musar has minor Holsety blood, so he is definitely from Silesia. He arrives in northwestern Thracia mocking the land as seen in the quote, and after engaging Celice's army, he dies.
