Johnathan Jenkins (born July 11, 1989) is an American football defensive tackle. He currently attends the University of Georgia. Weighing nearly lb ( kg), Jenkins plays the nose tackle position in the Bulldogs' 3-4 defense. He is currently regarded as one of the best defensive tackles available in the 2013 NFL Draft. Jenkins was recruited by Mark Richt to man the nose tackle position in Georgia's 3-4 defense. He rotates with Kwame Geathers on this position.

Weighing nearly lb ( kg), Jenkins plays the nose tackle position in the Bulldogs' 3-4 defense. He is currently regarded as one of the best defensive tackles available in the 2013 NFL Draft. A native of Meriden, Connecticut, Jenkins attended Francis T. Maloney High School where he played defensive end and also occasionally appeared as fullback on short-and-goal situations (scoring four TDs as a senior). Jenkins then attended Gulf Coast Community College in Perkinston, Mississippi, where he recorded 41 tackles and two sacks as a sophomore. GCCC had a 19-5 record in his two seasons there. Jenkins was recruited by Mark Richt to man the nose tackle position in Georgia's 3-4 defense. He rotates with Kwame Geathers on this position.
