(CYOAH) The United States, having just jumped out of a decade-long depression by oiling up its war machine, is now ready to take on the Soviet menace and, while a few million have been sent to the Middle East, Africa, and European strongholds, the majority patrol the East Coast. A fair amount has also been sent to the West Coast and US holdings in the Pacific. Josef Stalin, meanwhile, is still gloating about his conquering of Europe and the Middle East. North Africa, he decides, can be given to the Americans in return for an Armistice, to which the Americans respond with a certain rude hand gesture. The Japanese take the American's occupation of the Pacific as a threat--they believe the Americans have found out about their plans to take over the world, beginning with the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
