The Turks or the Geek is, simply, a milestone of Whateley Academy, for it marks the admittance of possibly the most prolific writer of the current Canon Cabal, Diane Castle. This story started as fanfiction written by Diane, detailing a short battle between Team Kimba and the Alphas, or at least an Alpha hit squad, and this small story so impressed the Cabal that they almost instantly abducted Diane and commenced the Brainwashing. It was released 2008-03-17 and covers 2006-12-15 through 2006-12-17.

The story closes the incident earlier in the year where the Young Turks attempt to attract the favorable attention of the Alphas by ambushing and beating up several members of Team Kimba. It's taken this long for TK to discover who did it. The final clue is, of course, one of the standard ways that criminals attract police attention. Now it's time for payback.
