This dress, which is specially designed for stout figures, is made with a bodice and skirt connected at the waist. The bodice is lined and is made with a rever in front in cascade effect. The skirt as a lap seam in the centre front and a pleat each side of it; at the back and sides it is let into a yoke and finishes with a tab at back. As suggested in the illustration, a folded belt is worn with the costume.
