Vic Vance recieved word of the delivery before Lance and decided to take out the bonds using the Domestobot himself. The Domestobot can be driven and is obtainable through cheat devices and third party programs.

Eine Person habe mit einem Domestobot sexuelle Handlungen durchgeführt. Der Moderator der Show, Marvin Trill, impliziert daraufhin unbeabsichtigt, dass er diese Person gewesen sei. In einer späteren Sendung ruft ein Domestobot persönlich an und meint, er wisse, was Trill mit seinen „Domestobot-Brüdern und Schwestern“ mache. Trill entgegnet, der Roboter sei „offenbar auf Böse programmiert“ worden. Der Domestobot ist einerseits eine Parodie auf Nintendos „R.O.B.“, der im Gegensatz zu Domestobot nicht als Haushaltshilfe entwickelt wurde, sondern als Ergänzung zu Spielekonsolen, andererseits auf den „RoboCop“ aus dem gleichnamigen Film (sowohl die Sichtweise als auch drei seiner Anweisungen und die vertrauliche Richtlinie 4 decken sich mit Domestobot). Das Aussehen des Roboters lehnt an den Omnibot an. Eine spielintegrierte Website namens domestobotlovers.com, die eine Art Fan-Community des Roboters repräsentiert, ist in GTA IV zu finden. Dort wird unter anderem der „Frotobot 3000“ vorgestellt, der offenbar ein neues Modell der Domestobot-Baureihe darstellt.
