| - Heinrich Trelk was born in the New Swabian city of Toll, which at the time was still under allied occupation. His father was a New Swabian Air-Force pilot who had fought in the war and his mother died giving birth to him. He grew up with his father and step-mother and was affected by their bitterness towards the allies who had occupied New Swabia, each of them blaming the allies for their previous partners death. This bitterness rubbed off onto him, and his school teachers noted that he was a sad child who was only interested in New Swabia's history and in physical activities. He was determined to make his parents proud, and after leaving school he attended the Neumoyer military academy. At the academy he was often considered to be very dull and boring preferring to stay in his room and work than to go out into the city but was an excellent student and graduated with distinction at the age of 19.
