- Name: The Moon Run Time: 1:08 Written By: Geoff Downes, John Payne Year: 1999
- Contrary to popular belief, it was not created by a rogue planetoid crashing into Earth during its early formative stages. No, it was an egg. This is canon. Seriously, this actually happened in the show.
- The Moon is Earth's most notable satellite, and only natural satellite save for stray asteroids and comets. Because of its proximity to the planet, The Moon has been subject to human colonization.
- The Moon first appeared in "Tee Hee Tummy Tums". He had a realistic face. He showed Flapjack where The Comb Stranger was. He also made an important role in "Over The Moon" and this time with a cartoon face. His enemy is K'nuckles and he is very ditzy. His job is to be over the land. He sometimes doesn't know when to come up or down. Poseidon is his boss, he tells him when he comes up or down.
- Killer Is Dead features the moon more heavily than any of the above games, as civilians are actually able to travel to it in the game's setting, and thus actual parts of the game take place on it. Here, it is revealed that the moon contains Dark Matter, which is controlled by the ruler of the Moon on its dark side. Although the ruler is usually the goddess Moon River, David usurps it from her and begins to use the Dark Matter to attack the Earth. The moon changes colors multiple times during the course of the game, usually a shade of purple to represent the Dark Matter. It also turns red near the end of the game due to David's influence.
- A term used in the Cyber Nations forums to refer to Lunar Wars, a similar game but based on the moon where several alliances moved to or expanded to such as LUE, who at one point was the dominate force on the moon, but has now disbanded after getting beaten in numerous wars.
- The Moon is not put to use until Pickle Inspector shoots it with the Sextant. The huge chunk taken out of the moon caused it to slowly descend onto BHMK's hat. It gave the final push to shoot Mobster Kingpin out of the Gravity Brassier and out Mount Saint Lardass.
- The Moon is a Magnus in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean.
- In Mayhem of the Mooninites, Ignignokt and Err seemingly vaporize Carl with a blast from the Quad Laser, but at the end of the episode it is revealed that they sent him to the moon. For some odd reason, Carl did not sucumb to the negative effects the moon has on your body. He functioned normally, as if he was on Earth. It is possible that this is due to the Mooninites habitat. Time Lincoln is also seen igniting the fuel to a wooden space craft containing the Aqua Teens in the Credits of nearly every episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
- The Moon is the planet's moon that orbits around it. The moon is only accessible in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
- The Moon is Earth's natural satellite.
- The Moon is a non-fiction book by Isaac Asimov.
- The Moon is a natural satellite that revovles around the planet Earth.
- For centuries people dreamed of leaving the planet and once NASA accomplished that the Moon was the next goal. NASA started thinking about going to the moon during the Cold Wars, however they did win the Race Space Race. It took some time but they finally accomplished reaching the moon on mission Apollo 11. Neil Armstrong was the first man to step on the moon. This is where the quote.... originated.
- Due to its round shape and craterous appearance, popular stories have frequently claimed that the moon is made from cheese. It is due to this property that it attracts the attention of Wallace and Gromit in A Grand Day Out. Upon discovering that they have no cheese in the house, Wallace decides to take a holiday to a place with cheese, and decides the moon is the perfect destination. He and Wallace build a rocket, light the fuse, and travel to the moon. Upon arrival they confirm that the moon is, indeed, made from cheese; possibly Wensleydale or Stilton according to Wallace's assessment.
- The Moon appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. It is very large, and is densely populated with Moon Clefts and Dark Puffs. Mario's speed is approximately halved in this area, but his jump height is doubled. If you ride on Yoshi, you switch back to regular speed, but you are in constant danger of being hit by enemies. There are several cracked rocks in this area, which contain several items. The Moon is particularly huge, as it will go through seven "areas" before you will see the X-Naut Fortress in the background again.
- Like most of the other sites, to dig you need Regular Shovels. You get 5 free shovels a day and can buy more as needed. There are ten common items, one rare item, and one puzzle piece item.
- The moon is the 51st state of America. It was claimed for America by the space conquistador/explorer Buzz "Edward Eugene" Aldrin and his lesser-known cohort Neil "Stretch" Armstrong.
- The moon falls to ground level, but then falls below the screen after the Dragon appears. The final time moons appear are in the Labyrinth of The Guy, where small moons are rolling and will kill The Kid if he touches them. There is also a moon on the stain glass window in The Guy's room.
- The Moon (Latin name: Luna) is Earth's only natural satellite. It is fifth-largest and the second-densest (after Jupiter's satellite Io) natural satellite in the Solar System. The Moon is exceptionally large relative to Earth: a quarter its diameter and 1/81 its mass. It is the largest moon in the Solar System relative to the size of its planet (though Charon is larger relative to the dwarf planet Pluto, at 1/9 Pluto's mass). Earth and the Moon are nevertheless still considered a planet-satellite system, rather than a double planet, because their barycentre, the common centre of mass, is located 1700 km (about a quarter of Earth's radius) beneath Earth's surface.
- Hráč može byť prijatý ak má lvl 10+ alebo P2P.Taktiež musí ovládať Slovenčinu alebo Češtinu./ Player can be invite when he have lvl 10+ or P2P. Player must speak slovak or czech too (english probablity).
- Earth's Moon was the location of the fiercest battle of the entire war. In the last days of the conflict, the Moon was considered the "doorstep to Earth" being crucial to the reconquest of the central Homeworld. Having lost Mercury, Venus and Mars already, Phaeton ordered an immense fleet and army under General Typhonus' command to protect the Moon at all costs. However, these measures turned out to be in vain, when a fatally wounded member of the Able Squad, Alec DeLeon, used Typhonus' E-frame to announce that the battle was lost, thus nullifying Neosapien morale and turning the tide in favor of Exofleet. DeLeon was buried not far from the Tranquility Base, the landing site of Apollo 11.
- Chuck Norris flew too it without leaving the state of Texas.
- It was once destroyed by Kefka just because he wanted.
- Thousands of years ago, the Moon orbited Mars. As a result of the Martian Winter, however, the Moon was forced away and was caught by Earth. Sir Evil's plan involved directing some of the Eyefourgott's negative energy towards Earth, causing it pull the Moon in to the point of collision. The Moon is now orbiting Mars again, as part of the three-planet system that has been formed with the recreation of Mars.
- The Moon is the tenth and final location inside of Nirvana, as well as the home of the Beyonders of the Bleach Universe, the Rulers of Nirvana, and the Rulers of Existence in general. The ruler of The Moon is the King of the Beyonders, Ra.
- Wait til night. Done that? OK - Now look up... A Mr Dennis Hope claims to own that distant lump of reflective rock, terming himself rather wittily - The Big Cheese. He will sell you an acre for around twenty earth pounds. (Apparently he's not yet arranged for The Moon to trade in its own currency.) You may visit his Lunar Embassy here. Mr Hope was of considerable assistance in Danny's quest to start both his Join Me and Lovely.
- Cheese is what the moon is made out of. It has seas of cheese, valleys of cheese, and rifts of cheese. If we blew up the moon, fried cheese would rain upon us, and it would stink. Of course, this would make for interesting snow storms. Contrary to popular belief, the moon is not actually made of green cheese, rather a mild Stilton with a hint of blueberry. This unique taste makes moon cheese highly sought after, bidders paying upwards of a million US dollars (£0.05, 0.23 Euros) for a taste of the highly coveted cheese.
- Upon reaching this point, one must realize all of the things that effect their being, how it is pulled and pushed through existence. It is one of the most difficult steps, and is almost impossible to finish or not get lost in. This card is the subconscious, the undertones of being. Everything that you are not aware of, but is still affecting you. You must learn to understand your deepest motivations. In the future, this card will be titled SEXUALITY. back to tarotor home
- The moon first appeared at the very first episode of the series Killeroo. However, it was just a moon and didn't talk. The Moon as a character first appeared in episode 1 of the second series and has re-appeared in every following episode as well as the 2006 stage show. He gives nonsensical monologues, some of which are related to the story arc of the episode and many of which are just ramblings comments. He is described on various occasions as an alabaster retard, a vanilla rapist, or quite simply a dimwit.
- The Moon, or Luna, is the nearest celestial body to the planet Earth, and its only natural satellite. It was the source of great wonderment and mystery for many ancient civilizations, and some developing cultures still worship the moon to this day. Because the moon orbits the Earth every 28 or 29 days, many ancient calendars were based on it, and that is where we derive the English work month. In Midnight on the Moon, Jack and Annie visited the outpost around 2040, where an astronaut gave them a mouse drawing that helped them rescue Morgan.
- Enterrisö , due to the long, long, history of magic in the land, has become infused with magic. The very sky, the air, the ground itself, are all magic in some way or another. Fantastical creatures and plants have become commonplace due to this, and the astrology of the land has responded as well. The Moon is known for its strange responses to magic.
- The Moon was the newspaper of Saturn 5. It was small and suitable for all ages, but was deemed pointless because the most important news were often printed on the back. Many issues of The Moon featured a What? Column, some of the most memorable titles were: What Count Dooku Eats For Breackfast?, How does R2 spend his money? and What do birds do?. The residents enjoyed reading the paper and you could pick up copies for free from many tourist attractions.
- The Moon is the natural satellite orbiting the Earth. At an average distance of 384,403 kilometers from the Earth, the moon serves as a source of illumination at night, but only through reflected light from the Sun. Cookie Monster once again looked to the sky and saw cookies. In January 2010, Cookie Monster wrote on Sesame Street's official Twitter account, "Sometimes Moon look like giant cookie. Must look into joining space program." NASA responded a short time later from their official Twitter feed with information on how to join the space program. __TOC__
- It was sometimes invaded by alien species, such as the Judoon. (TV: Smith and Jones) On other occasions, it was used as a base from which to thwart alien invasions, like those by the Cybermen, (TV: The Moonbase) Ice Warriors (TV: The Seeds of Death) and the Silents. (TV: Day of the Moon) But, unbeknownst to most humans who lived on Earth until the year 2049, it was itself an alien species — the embryonic form of a gigantic, draconian creature — (TV: Kill the Moon) described by Alice O'Donnell, a native of the year 2119, as a "big bat". (TV: Before the Flood) Its hatching caused what astronaut Lundvik described as the worst natural disaster in Earth's history. Tides swelled, consuming whole cites. Then, after the creature hatched, it laid a new egg — a "new moon" — which seemed very like th
- The Moon was the Romanian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2000, performed in English, by Taxi. This was the first Romanian entry not to feature any lyrics in Romanian. The song is a ballad which gains in tempo as it develops. Lead singer Dan Teodorescu addresses his lover, telling her that she has been able to look into his soul and find the humanity within it. He sings that as a result, "the wind is playing with the starts of my night" and "the moon is playing on and on and on with my heart". Musically, the song is accentuated by pan pipes, played by Georgiana Pană.
