Altar dragons are the religous dragons of Runescape. They are the only dragons that follow gods. While they have no levels, they can be fought and their HP depends on the amount of monsters you have fought and successfully defeated. For example, if you have fought and successfully defeated 300 monsters throughout your entire playing on Runescape, they will have somewhere between 600-800 HP. They also lack an examine text up to this point. Dragons that follow Saradomin are blue, while Guthix dragons are green and Zamorak dragons are red. Armadyl dragons are white while Bandos dragons are orange.
