Cornish Arthur Coggan (c.1876-24 November 1942) was a businessman and local politician. A long-term Municipal Reform Party member of St Pancras Borough Council, he served as Mayor of St Pancras in 1912-13. He was a member of the Incorporated Society of London Meat Traders, and President of the Federation of Meat Traders. His youngest child was Donald Coggan, 101st Archbishop of Canterbury.
