Taikyo Village (太虚村, Taikyo-mura) is a village located in the Land of Yang. It is situated in a small forest surrounded by mountains. Around the time of it's founding, the village leader's son, Teisho, fought against his father because of a disagreement. One side of the village believed that Teisho should lead the village for the betterment of everyone, while the other disagreed with such change. The two sides would argue constantly, until Teisho and his followers left the village, with hopes of developing their own. Since then, Watayumi, the village leader, has grown old, still longing for his son's return. Not too many people reside in the village now, and it has mainly become a tourist attraction.
