Albert Armstrong was the President of British Arms Corporation who was caught in the South American country of Bolavia during a revolution which resulted in a military dictatorship. He was held captive in a hotel. When John Probe attempted to rescue him, he initially reported Probe to the guards. Later, he tried to convince Probe to allow the secret police to take the boy who had guided him, to the secret police headquarters. Probe eventually managed to free Armstrong.
