With the release of Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition 2.0 on April 1, 1996, Steam Achievements have become a part of the game for some users. Where some users refers to those who bought and play the game through Steam. Two subsequent revisions (2.1 and 2.2) saw only minor bug fixes to the achievement system. The 40 achievements which are identified when you first play the game are listed on a separate Steam Achievements page. This page documents the other "+87 hidden achievements."

Here is a list of currently known hidden achievements (missing gold blop rewards): * Allies Assemble - Summon all 6 allies. * Big Spender - Buy an entire tree of weapons in one go. * Breaking Wind - Tap the windmill in Monkey Lane until it breaks. * Can't Hide From Me - Pop 10 hidden bloons on Monkey Lane. * Getting Crowded - Have 4 monkeys on screen at once. * Heavy Lifting - Tap the crane until it picks up the scrap. * I'm So Dizzy - Spin Super Monkey in the weapons menu. * Look! No hands! - Pop more bloons in a level with a core weapon than L/R. * Monkey Mastery - Buy 100% of weapons for 1 Super Monkey. * Rise and Shine - Wake up Super Monkey after falling asleep. * Sink The Sub - Tap the sub in Frozen Fields until it submerges. * Organized Chaos - Have 5 abilities active at once (3 epics and 2 activated abilities). * Precision-Get Bronze, silver, or gold with exact bloon pops. * Skull-Diggery - Tap the tar pit until the bones surface.
