On January 1, the first storm Subtropical Storm Ana, formed. It strengthened to become a hurricane and attended its peak. It rapidly was downgraded to a Tropical Depression on January 3 and dissipated but regenrated and reached its secondary peak on January 5 of 95 mph and a pressure of 982 mbar. The storm was redowngraded to a Tropical Depression and finally dissipated on January 6. Ana never caused damage.
