Navel Island (ネーブル島 Nēburu-tō) is where the second of the Orange Islands Gyms is located. In order to challenge the gym leader Danny, trainers must first climb up a mountain without the help of any Pokémon. Otherwise, said trainers would be expelled. The second stage of the gym battle includes freezing a geyser and carving it into the fastest possible bobsled. The last stage will include a bobsled race from the top of the mountain to the bottom of the gym. Any trainer who wins two out of three will earn him/herself the Sea Ruby Badge. It is not to be confused with Navel Rock.
