Harold "Howl" Darragh (September 13, 1902 – October 28, 1993) was a Canadian professional Hockey Right Winger who played 8 seasons in the National Hockey League for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Philadelphia Quakers, Boston Bruins and Toronto Maple Leafs. He was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Hal won his only Stanley Cup in 1932 with the Leafs. He started out in the Ottawa City Senior League with the Ottawa Gunners in 1919-20. He moved to the Pittsburgh Yellow Jackets of the United States Amateur Hockey Association in 1922 and turned pro along with the team in 1924.

Darragh played with the Pittsburgh Pirates through their entire span from 1924 to 1930 and then the team moved to the Philadelphia Quakers for 1930-31. He was traded to the Boston Bruins in 1930 and to the Toronto Maple Leafs in the next season. He played three seasons in the International Hockey League and retired in 1936. In the NHL, he scored 68 goals and 49 assists in 308 games.
