  • Booster Gold (born Michael Jon Carter) is a showboating, fame-hungry "superhero" from the 25th century who traveled back to the past to take Clark Kent's place as Metropolis' hero.
  • Booster Gold is published by DC Comics. Cover price is $2.99.
  • Booster Gold is a clone of Bill Gates from the future. He does not know who his genetic donor is, but he shares Gates' love of money and KFM. Gates never left him any money, as he decided to live forever as a robot in this future.
  • Booster Gold is a time traveling superhero from the 25th century. His best friend is Ted Kord, aka Blue Beetle. Skeets is his robotic companion who is also from the future.
  • Booster Gold was a thrill-seeker of the 25th century, who traveled backwards in time to the 21st century to fight today's criminals as a superhero. Although he promoted himself as a fighter for justice, in reality, he left the future in pursuit of mega-fame and fortune. Booster Gold answered the world-wide call to the entire Justice League during Darkseid's last invasion of Earth. Like all of his Justice League counterparts, the further adventures of Booster Gold have not yet been depicted.
  • Humiliated in his own time-period, the 25th century, Michael Jon Carter steals future technology and a security robot named Skeets and travels back into the 20th century to become the heroic Booster Gold. He is now the Guardian of the Timestream and protects it with the help of Rip Hunter. Current Events Booster Gold is part of DC's New 52 Relaunch. On September 7, 2011 "Justice League International" #1 was released as DC Comics relaunched their entire line of books. In the series, Booster Gold is not only part of the team but is designated their leader. Origin Michael Jon Carter was born on December 29th, in the year 2442. He grew up to be a foolhardy and egotistical man, and his only stand out talents were his notorious silver tongue, and his ability to promote himself. Never having been
  • Booster Gold is a douchebag hero. He traveled back from the future with a mighty superpower suit and knowledge of several hundred years worth of our history. Instead of helping humanity avert any number of great tragedies, curing diseases, or making anything better for anybody, he uses his great knowledge to cheat at betting on sports, and endorse soft drinks. He is a bastard of the first class. Justice League International hired him purely to eliminate him as a ruthlessly douchey competitor. His best "friend" is the Blue Beetle, and he has a cute information robot named Skeets that he refuses to listen to, lest he risk actually helping anyone.
  • Booster Gold was the first major new character to appear in The DCU after Crisis on Infinite Earths. He first appeared in "Booster Gold" #1 (February, 1986), created by Dan Jurgens. Born in the 25th century, Booster Gold, born Michael Jon Carter, was a famous college football player, until he got caught betting on his games. After that, his life was a wreck: he was disowned from his family, expelled from college and he couldn't play football anymore. It wasn't until he got a job at the Metropolis Space Museum as a security guard that he got the idea to go back in time to become a superhero and make a little money at it too. So he stole the Time Sphere and brought along Skeets, a security droid that he had befriended.
