| - Chuckie Finster is a fictional character in Rugrats. He is the cowardly and pessimistic friend of Tommy Pickles.
- Chuckie Finster was a walk-around character that appeared at Canada's Wonderland irregularly, in Nickelodeon Central.
- Chuckie is the third oldest out of the six main Rugrats at two. He is distinguished from the others by his irrational fear of particular objects, most notably the guy on the oatmeal box (a parody of The Quaker Oats man) and clowns. His beautiful new mother is loving and caring, just as his father. Chuckie also has a puppy named Pepper (also known as Sparky) and a poodle named Fifi. Chuckie was 2 years old in Rugrats, 12 years old in the All Grown Up! pilot episode All Growed Up and in the All Grown Up! series itself.

- Chuckie was born in a small German town in 1806 to Chaz and his first wife. As his father was Chaz, it was natural to believe Chuckie would be just as evil and delusional as him. It was also believed he had inherited his father's narcissistic Nazism. He was chosen by Vendetta Williams to be one of the Rugrats. She put a magic spell on him to make him young forever. He was then put under Commanding Officer Tommy Pickles.
