Tennith Borbul was the third of the regent-councilors in the coalition of four in the city of Bozisha-Dar. He was also the third most affluent of the seven, which secured him the Palace of Water for his home and the position of Water Minister for the city. In his politics, he was a man who seeked only his own advantage and was not troubled by thoughts of ideals or piety. This made him an unsteady ally at best, particularly for Del Imat, the pious man who headed the coalition. As long as his interests ran safely alongside those of Imat there was little real friction between them. The power Borbul wielded came to him through his ownership of the majority of the warehouses in the port quarter of the city. This was also what brought him into the pen with Imat, as the shipper often leased Borbu

| - Tennith Borbul was the third of the regent-councilors in the coalition of four in the city of Bozisha-Dar. This was also what brought him into the pen with Imat, as the shipper often leased Borbul's storage space. Borbul's appearance was ordinary. His complexion resembled Carlon's, showing some foreign blood, but he did not play upon the fact. He dressed as a normal city man and did flaunt his wealth except in the long straight sword he wore at his side. This was truly a fine blade, and the jewels and gems that adorned it could likely buy any one of the warehouses he ran. He used the weapon with skill, and there were not many in the city of Bozisha- Dar who would wish to stand against him in combat. Borbul's banner was a field of desert yellow crossed by a palm frond.
