| - "Just Listen" was featured in the Bear in the Big Blue House episode "A Berry Bear Christmas." Bear and Luna sing at night about how peaceful it is outside after everyone's gone to sleep.
- I raced through the brush towards my mother's broken body. "Frostfall!" I gasped. "This can't be happening." Blood was pouring out of a gash in her neck, matting down her lovely cream pelt. Her legs were twisted at unnatural angles. I skidded to a stop and crouched near her. "Why did you let them do this to you? Why would you give up?! You've always told me to stay strong, hold my head high, and match every glare with one of my own." I sobbed. "My dear Leafstep, do you really think I had a choice?" she said. I stroked her back with my tail gently. The blood was coming faster. "You always had a choice." I said angrily. She winced at my harsh words, pushing me off of my mental pedestal. "We're running out of time. Let me help you! I'll find Beechcloud--" I begged. "No. Herbs can do nothing for me and you know it. Just listen to me!" she gasped for air as the blood filled her lungs. "Frostfall, there's no time." I replied, pacing back and forth. "Time. You're always so worried about it. All you need to do is listen." "Listen! You get yourself injured beyond repair, and your dying wish is for me to listen!" I said. I couldn't believe it. She was so selfish. "Yes. You must listen. Not just to me, but to the birds, the trees, and most of all, your soul." she replied calmly. There was a rustle of leaves behind me. "Go. They're coming for me." said Frostfall, wheezing. "I won't leave you." I replied. "GO!" A dark shape leaped out of the undergrowth and smacked my head against a nearby rock. My vision blurred. Paws swiped at my face and neck. I flailed my own blindly, trying to block the blows. My blood was pooling and mixing with my mothers. I tripped over something soft and everything went black.
