Sharp Nose was a Sphinxian treecat of the Bright Water Clan, and the younger brother of Laughs Brightly, who was more commonly known as Nimitz. Like his brother, he was a direct descendant of Lionheart. During a ranging mission in the woods, he encountered a family of peak bears and wanted to warn Honor Harrington, who was nearby, of them. However, the branch he stood on broke and he was injured, with both his brother and Honor coming to his protection, and bonding over the experience. (HHA6.4: TBLP)
