Rickey Foggie (born July 15, 1966 in Laurens, South Carolina) is a former quarterback. Foggie was the starting quarterback for the Minnesota Golden Gophers for four seasons, before going on to play professionally in – first the Canadian Football League, and then later in the Arena Football League. Foggie is currently an assistant football coach in both the af2 and in high school football.
