abstract	The Hideous was a high-powered disruptor rifle produced by K.T.C. Salvage and Manufacturing. Designed by Alariya Tzedek during her time with K.T.C., the Hideous was the second in a series of weapons she made. The Hideous was discontinued 2 years after its initial production, to make way for new products. Featuring many of the same design characteristics as the C-42 Heavy Repeater, the Hideous broke the classic weapon mold by featuring a stainless finish and wooden grips. The Hideous featured a beam power and width adjuster and ultrahigh powered viewing scope with thermal, ultraviolet and sonic targeting functions. The Hideous lacked the overheating and accuracy problems which plagued the C-42.
