| - Some say, when you sit down in the forest and just listen... You'll be amazed by the things you may hear. Some tell me it's the wind ruffling the branches and leaves of the tall trees... Some say it's the birds singing... Some say it's the lake creating tiny waves that ripple across the surface... But this is about what I Hear, and i believe it to be a call from the spirits... My eyes opened at the sound of a familiar growl, "Oakpaw! Stop daydreaming!!" I jumped to my paws awkwardly and stared at my mentor, Lionblaze. His golden pelt gleamed in the sunlight. His eyes narrowed, "Concentrate!" "Sorry Lionblaze..." I grumbled, my tail tip twitched annoyed, my pupils went to slits in frustration and i got scolded harshly with just my name, "OAKPAW!!" I turned around to Lionblaze, "What now?" "That wasn't me..." He pointed his tail to the other way, i squinted my eyes shut, the cat behind me was of some importance. I turned slowly around to stare straight at Bramblestar. His eyes were narrowed and he growled, "Lionblaze is she always like this?" He nodded, "Every session." I gaped, "But..." He snarled, "No excuses! First you pay no attention to the demonstration, then when you got scolded you grumble, carry it on, then you show signs off annoyance... 'what now?' is no way to adress your mentor. If you're always like this, i know you began training only six days ago, but still this is no behaviour that should be kept common. Now, Oakpaw, i have doubts of you becoming a warrior." Bramblestar turned and took a step as my fury grew wild. "GOOD!" I watched Bramblestar turn around in surprise, his tail flicked impatiently, "Excuse me? WHAT did you say?" Lionblaze covered, "She said nothing. RIGHT Oakpaw?" He looked at me and i glared with a smirk at Bramblestar, "I said Good." Bramblestar hissed, "Time to see how much you've been paying attention." He leaped down, "Claws sheathed only." I sheathed my claws, "Fine." He leaped at me and i let him, battle me, push me here and there... He got off, "FIGHT!" I sighed, "I was not meant to fight." He growled, "Yes you were. You're an apprentice, we're battle training. Fight and defend yourself now before i call on claws unsheathed!!" I bounded away to a tree and picked up a leaf gently dabbing it on a scratch he gave me by pushing me into a stick. I growled once more, "You see? I'm not meant to fight. I'm not meant to be a warrior. If i fail at becoming one, it doesn't hurt me in the slightest. I will NEVER pay attention to anything unless it's my passion."
