The Roadless Ploughmaster 6/2 was a 2 wheel-drive version of the Roadless Ploughmaster 6/4 built by Roadless Traction Ltd from 1961 to 1964 in Hounslow, Middlesex, England. The tractor was based on a Fordson E1A Major fitted with a hp (kW) Ford 290E a 6-cylinder industrial engine. It was dropped due the introduction of the new Basildon-built Ford 1000 series models to replace the Dagenham-built Fordson Majors. For brand history, see Roadless Traction Ltd.
