Cabul granted mortals much herblore and medical knowledge for the sake of healing the sick and injured and bringing comfort to those destined to die. He oversaw the good aspects of death; how a corpse returns to the circle of life, or how a death might bring people together. He did not have a huge following due to the suspicion surrounding Him and was often ignored in favour of racial or cultural death Gods, but He was popular in some cultures and amongst healers, surgeons and morticians. His holy symbol is a needle or a heart. Cabul is, ironically, dead. He is believed to have succumbed to an overwhelming workload during the Fall, and withered away. Without Him and other death and life Gods, much of the circle of life has been disturbed, and the undead have become a common problem.
