A few hours later, Phelan called at the flat and the lady came out to tell him that Vinny had left in a rush at 8.00am that morning, though she admitted that she didn't even know her neighbour's name. Phelan started to get worried, particularly when he found that Vinny's mobile was disconnected and when he found out that their joint bank account had been drained he realised that he had been made a victim too.
