From a very young age she attended Kings School of Dance and undertook Drama lessons at Pamela Bardely's School in Southport, where she grew up and was offered a scholarship on a three year dance course at the Northern Ballet School. After working in the dance industry for a year, she re-trained as an actress at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts on the MA course and gained many offers of work upon graduating. Her other TV and film credits include roles in Sherlock Holmes, The Man Who Loved Flowers, 2.0:A Distant Planet, Barbaric:Day of the Woman, Days of Infection and The Lost, whilst on stage she has performed in productions of Romeo and Juliet, The Physician Women, Love Labours Won, Macbeth and All's Well that Ends Well.
