In Stanley's first appearance he is afraid of heights and lacks confidence. By the end of his first appearance, he is brave and confident. He clearly shows confidence by his second appearance. As a result, he attempts to impress an eagle statue he discovers in the city. His confidence slowly fades as she doesn't react to his charms. Stanley's social skills are not the best as seen in his last appearance when he tries to sing with other birds but becomes an outcast.
